Meal Plan 

I am very passionate about eating a healthy and balanced diet with a hint of fun. having food allergies for me has meant my body is not getting the nutrients it needs in the same way another person with out food allergies is.

I have found many plant based supplements to replace the nutrition i would have gotten from eating wheat,nuts & dairy.

majority of everything i serve is homemade

my excepts will be bread as i just haven't mastered the art of making it..yet

What does a meal plan look like with food restrictions 

Breakfast

GF Oatmeal

eggs

Gf, Nut free and Dairy free toast with jam or honey

Waffles or pancakes

fruit

so good cereal with lactose free or coconut milk

Lunch 

 

sunflower butter and jam sandwich

meat sandwich

salad

soup 

vegis and dip 

homemade yam fries 

stew

homemade chicken strips with vegis 

 

Snacks

 

fruit

smoothies

Homemade oatmeal choc chip cookies

muffins

vegi or fruit assortment

I am happy to learn to new recipes if your little one has a special favorite food not listed

the above list is a sample of meals and snacks that will be served. Cupcakes on birthdays as a must!
